" Quite bad service at ZARA Ion today. Very unprofessional and undertrained staff:

1. I was not sure whether I would like to purchase my clothes, so I heard of the reservation system, and wanted to ask someone about it. I went up to this girl, and I said "Sorry, excuse me..." Before I could ask my question, the young girl brushed me aside and said "Oh, i don't have the iPod". That REALLY makes a lot of sense to me as a customer. I said, "er, no.. I would like to just check if I could do a reservation". She replied "Oh ya, can. But I don't have the iPod. Sorry." Okay, I get it, you need the iPOD to do things. But do you have to keep brushing people off...?

2. Finally located another girl with the iPod. I dunno if she is just under-trained cos she seems like a generally nice girl. She more or less saw me through the process of reservation but her service level was quite unprofessional - she wrote my details, then asked me "What's the date ah?". and when she recorded the clothing details, I tried to help her, and she said sth like "okay this one done, can put away alr" (ER HELLO.....)

3. Fitting room: The man was in a blazer (a full suit), so I'm assuming he possesses a level of leadership or at least experience. His entire suit was not ironed, crumpled. - this one may seem petty - but in general, my experience started to make me question ZARA's management as a whole. I don't blame the ground staff when as it is not an 'individual's fault. Maybe some of the things online about underpaid staff is true. "
