The Relung Indonesia Foundation, abbreviated as Relung Indonesia, was established in Jakarta in 2018 and was ratified by Notary Kokoh Henry, SH., MKn through Deed No.27 dated August 27, 2018, and confirmed by the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No.AHU-0011620.AH.01.04 in 2018. Since its inception, Relung Indonesia has focused its vision on the environment, natural resource management, and the rural economy of Indonesia.The Relung Indonesia Foundation is a metamorphosis of the Relung Education and Community Empowerment Study Institute, which has been active and operating at the grassroots level since 2000, giving the institute a complex work experience at the grassroots level. Relung Indonesia is dedicated to raising awareness and concern among various parties for the sustainability of natural systems as the foundation of human life.Natural systems in this context include climate, hydrology, food chains, energy cycles, and natural fertility systems. These systems tend to be ignored by humans and ultimately create disasters for themselves.
