" 5-8 years ago this mall is considered 'outdated' and mostly visited by lower-middle class secondary school students nearby. But being located at the center of the city still attracts brands and world chain restaurants to rent tenants here. In 2014, a fine dining restaurant (named "Canting") was opened at the rooftop. In 2016, Starbucks opened its 4th store in the city here. These have since washed out the 'tacky' image of the mall. Also a good spot for you to grab a lunch if you prefer much less crowd than any other malls. "
