" I reserved a superior room, they gave me a room located in 1st floor, in the corner, the back of lifts, near the emergency stairs, and it was the only room there. No view, no hairdryer, and only one key to access the room.
13 March 2018When checked in, the receptionist told us that the pool will be closed next morning at 8 am for a wedding. But actually when i was going to swim at 7 am, the staff told me that it was closed bcs they will set up the venue (the venue was a room close to the pool). We paid for the facilities that we can't use. "

06 September 2017Quite nice for 3* hotels. They gave you all the standard perks as any other 3* hotels. The benefits is this place is really near to the malioboro street, only 5 minutes walking distance.
Btw, all the room here are no smoking, but if you choose the executive room you'll get a terrance but no view at all, just a small space with 2 benches. If you cought up smoking inside the room they'll charged you 500.000 idr. Better not smoking inside 😂 "

01 July 2017Room is just adequate in size. Standard and in working condition of room accessories (tv, bathroom, hot water, tea/coffee).
The staff are friendly, hotel condition is clean, breakfast is good with variety of traditional food.
The area for improvements; the room was a bit warm; room aircon is either less cooling capacity or just need repair. Plain rice (nasi putih) during breakfast; found several dirts / sand grains, need more care during preparation. "

" Worst than dafam fortuna malioboro. Slow front desk I was waiting 20 minutes in 3rd floor in front of my room because front desk didn't responsive when I ask them to open my door where I left my key inside. I was 3/4 days staying here.
18 March 20171-2 days: the 🛀 all rusty very dirty room and magically hot air conditioners I had to move my bed 1 m to below AC
3-4 days: I moved to standard room where I find all the room in here supposed to be standards at all prospects.
I could say this but I don't know if it's true I had a feeling of the staff at this hotel is poorly treated. "

" I recommend Indies Tour if you wanna checkout Yogyakarta and its surroundings in a few days. Me and my girlfriend took a 4 days 3 nights tour and were surprised what Yogya has to offer. We didn't do that much research beforehand, but we didn't need it either. Our friendly tourguide was very good in English and could tell us a lot about the places we've seen.

" Kamar tidak bersih untuk sebuah hotel di kelasnya, dinding banyak blepotan noda. Di depan kamar banyak kasur2 tak terapakai bergeletakan. Sprei dan sarung bantal masih ada yg bau apek. Poor wifi access, parah abis, susah konek, sekalinya konek cmn 10kb/s. Parkiran mobil sangat sempit, ga direkomendasikan bawa mobil. Menu breakfast kurang oke. Tidak disarankan nambah ekstra bed, muahal pol. Resepsionis lemot, saya antri duluan waktu cek in malah petugas nglayani yg lain duluan. Bad. Saat malam ada pool party, suaranya berisik sekali nembus ke kamar. Kelebihannya cmn 1, harga murah untuk dikelasnya dan sudah dapat tv kabel "
