PLANTATION
Mahkota group owns a number of plantations located mainly in South Sumatra and Riau, spreading at different locations of both the provinces.
We use highly qualified seeds in the process of palm cultivation. Superior fertilizer and consistent application is our top priority as well. The process of harvesting crops is done in timely manner following our SOPs/Harvesting standards. In order to extract maximum oil and get the best FFA level, harvesting at the right time is very essential. In order to do so, we use our agribusiness expertise at all stages including planting, harvesting and regulatory process. Supported by good transport system, fruits harvested are immediately supplied to our Palm Oil mills located nearby.
MILLING ACTIVITY
Our milling activity includes the extraction of Crude oil. Fresh fruits supplied by our farm and qualified suppliers of our trust are processed here. Starting from fruits being sorted for sterilization process, all are handled by professional assistants. The temperature, the pressure and the process are controlled by them throughout the process. We get palm kernels, crude palm oil, solids, fibres, effluents and broken shells from the mill. Crude palm oil and palm kernels are then sold and processed at the kernel crushing plant.
In order to conserve our environment, we run our process based on our broken shells and fibres as energy source and use almost no diesel fuel. By adopting a zero waste policy, solids and effluents are used with the pressed empty bunch for fertilization purpose in the our plantations.
Our additional project will further process effluents as energy source which would help our community.
REFINERY
Our refinery convert crude palm oils into downstream by-products.

Therefore to ensure our next generation with achieving skill sets, educational institutions are built starting from primary schools up to the higher education supported by highly qualified trainers and teachers.
