" Worst staff ever! I had an online appointment so made double sure they had internet in the room. Of course it didn't work. After falsely claiming it was now working three times and 45 Minutes of waiting later I had enough and asked for my money back to look for another hotel. This lead to a discussion, but finally they gave part back, charging me for their incompetence. I didn't accept this, they cursed and threatened, so I got the rest back myself. Avoid at all cost! "
