" Very good service. This hotel have a beautiful pool and scenery. I have a nice shot for sunset from the pool, it feels like i'm at another country. Really enjoying my time at this hotel. Well, this hotel feels like a little bit exclusive (because your driver or other people who want to visit you can't waiting inside of the lobby) but provide really good service and facilities. Very recommended hotel (of course good quality hotel = pricey)! "

" Very nice and clean hotel, it is relatively new. All carpets are clean, it has a massive facility special for hotel guests only (gym, badminton court, spa, steam and sauna). Infinity pool is setup roman-style which is gorgeous during sunset. It has a massive outdoor open space just before access to the pool perfect for outdoor events. Children activity room is also available on the same floor. The room is clean and comfortable, however there were little details that was broken in my room.. nothing major. Overall it is a very nice hotel in the center of Medan. "

" Stayed here for 2 nights for a social event. Reception working pace is slow, check in took 10mins. Staff had no clear layout of the hotel, lift was "stuck open" on level 3, when i asked where the elevator was, he told me there is only emergency door. I later found an elevator across the lift. Room was on the 12th floor. Interior is clean and spacious, bed is semi-hard, and pillows are not too firm and fluffy. Shower jet pressure is lacking, and the water temperature keeps changing by itself. Bathroom lacks towels and amenities for this level hotel, and there's a kind of pungent smell. Management needs to train the staff better and brings out the true shine of this grandiose hotel. "

" Stayed here for one night. Check in was quite slow, but the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean. It's kids friendly, I might say. The swimming pool was clean. There is kids pool--with a safety railing to separate it from the adult pool. There's also a synthethic grass field beside the swimming pool area, for kids (and/or adults) to play, run and roll. Breakfast options were plenty and tasty (Indonesian, including Medan-style breakfast, and Western food). Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. "
