" The hotel is just next to the shopping centers of Pekanbaru. I spent around 3 weeks staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, the fitness room was OK, but the sauna/hotspring was a joke. Overall, it's a good hotel at the very strategic location. "

" If you are travelling for business purpose then this hotel is enough. 2 malls are very close to this hotel. Street food stalls are abundant as well. The hotel itself is an old hotel but very clean. I stayed for 4 nights and had no problem at all. The bathroom was extremly clean. The most important thing is the price is inexpensive👍🏻. "

" Had a great stay at Grand Zuri and staff and people were very friendly and helpful. Chef explained the food displayed and staff (Gumay) also came forward to ensure that we had an excellent dining experience. There is live music every night (except Sunday) and every Sat there is buffet spread. The nearby shops selling pempek are delicious too! About 40min to airport and 20min to city centre. ❤ "

" Not really in the center, but thats the pro, peaceful surroundings but still can easily get everything from them- convenience store, cafes, also famous pempek stores. The room alone is clean and comfy with soft linen and pillows. Offering more choices of breakfast menus are suggested.. "

" I stayed for a week. Every night my sleep had been disturbed by incredibly loud music from the lounge well into the night. My room was on 5th floor and the lounge is at mezzanine level. After I complained they moved me to the 7th floor and I could still hear the loud music. Staff was apologetic but not willing to do anything about it. I sent email to management and did not get any response.

" Toilet amenities were a bit lacking. Shampoo and soap was a 2 in 1 coming from a dispenser. There was no plug in the toilet. The rooms smelled like cigarettes as only 1 floor of the 8 was non smoking where it was full. Breakfast buffet weren't refilled promptly. Few food selection for breakfast. Key cards were slow to access rooms and elevator. "

" Pros: Room is comfy. Internet is very, very good. Services are satisfactory. Staffs are professional... the receptionist even kindly reminded me that the room was a non-smoking area, which is good because I don't like people who smoke near me :)
