" No reschedule, no refund, no cancel policy and they won't tell about the policy at booking process! I book the hotel at 2pm for a business trip, the trip got cancelled not even 4 hours later then tried to cancel my booking to no avail. I argued that they did't tell me about the policy and all they did was pointing at the bill that there is the policy printed there. Of course the bill printed only after I paid so there is no way I can know that before hand, but they said they can't do nothing about it. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WEREN'T SURE OF YOUR BOOKING DATE! I'D GIVE IT MINUS STAR IF I CAN "
