07 March 2018If you're the only place in town with a FlowRider & FlowBarrel, you can easily overlook the small essential things expected of a business, like decent service.
The experience on these two amazing machines is undoubtedly phenomenal and i recommend it to those who have not tried Flow surfing. Just expect to have crappy service along the way : rude staff that will have you walk out any other restaurant any other day, un attentive staff who only come to your table to push for more orders, inconsistent quality flow instructors who may make or break your experience (my observation after going on different occasions) "

" I didn't partake in the wave pool activities but it looked fun. The day we went it was BOGO(buy one get one free) and what we had was good. The acai berry bowl was refreshing and tasty. The truffle fries were amazing to me. Loved the flavor. They also serve a young coconut with water. Great to drink and the jelly from the coconut is a favorite of mine. "

" Worst place in Sentossa, pathetic attitude of staff, the front desk guy was rude and couldn't care less. Been there on 20 Feb 2018 late evening. On being asked to show terms and conditions for only one minute ride to day pass holders, he started calling cheap names, definitely not worthy of a front desk job. So avoid till wave house sorts out their reception and teach their staff to be courteous to all guests. "

" All is good using a shot measure when pouring drinks but when the staff are tilting the measure to pour less and then threaten to throw you out when you complain along with the high priced drinks that's not acceptable. The music was good though... "

" The Wave House features two different wave attractions - the Flow Rider and the Flow Barrel. Both are intended to mimic the feel of surfing, with the Flow Rider being the more tame of the two. The Flow Rider is fun and fairly easy to pick up. There is also a restaurant and an outdoor bar area, which get quite lively at night. "
