" Very good hotel with exceptional service all round. Located within the Katong Village small shopping mall which includes a small supermarket, coffee shops, gym and hairdressers. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are large with little balconies. The circular pool is on a roof deck with sun loungers and there is a small gym. The hotel room we stayed in came with a "Handy" brand smartphone which is free to use and includes free calls as well as data to use when roaming the city on your stay - so useful for tourists! I think they are building a new metro station nearby outside which will improve transport links even more although we got around ok using the buses outside. "

" Best hotel to stay in Katong! There are 4 in the vicinity. I would recommend this one. Very good value for money. Very warm service! There is a bakery, restaurant, cafe, and a supermarket sharing the same building. Lots of food stores to eat in the Katong area along East Coast Road behind the hotel. More restaurants, book store, coin operated launderette in the mall at Parkway Parade diagonally across the road. "

" Lovely little place to rest and relax, with loads to do around the area. The room was very comfortable and the up to 2m depth pool was good enough for some light soaking and swimming. Definitely worth visiting again! "

" I travel a lot. Here I found the most helpful staff! Arriving at 5 o'clock in the morning: couldn't check in but was able to use the shower in the gym and got offered a complementary breakfast. By 10 o'clock I got an early check in in an upgraded room. Very clean and very convenient located! "

" There was unlimited wifi, room and bathroom toilet were beautiful. Mini bar was kept empty so that we could fill it up with our takeaway drinks. There is a deposit box, smart tv, clothes iron in the room. Location is great with many restaurants nearby selling various cuisines. It id near east coast park too if you have a feel for the beach. Staff service was attentive though it took a long time to get through to front desk but after that our issues were solved almost immediately. Will definitely come back again in future opportunities. "

" 1) Room a little dusty - ceiling had tape (assumed from previous guest's celebration) and stain on sofa covers. 2) Had a club room - club lounge small and extremely limited choice. 3) Location was convenient as it was near a shopping mall. 4) Checking in and out was smooth and very friendly front desk team. Just be patient with the trainees. "

" My husband and I held our wedding reception at this hotel, where they did an amazing job coordinating, arranging and holding a beautiful, special evening for us! We were treated so well every step of the way, which meant so much to us amid all the stress of the wedding preparations! Beyond the wedding,we also arranged for my in-laws from the US to stay there on a previous visit while we were planning the wedding, so we got to know the hotel independently from the wedding package too. Again, we were so impressed with how well they spoiled our family before the wedding, and all our guests who stayed there during the wedding period! The breakfast and all the food is truly amazing, the service is wonderful, the location is spot on and everyone goes out of their way to make your stay special, whether you're there as a regular guest or for a wedding or special event. Can't imagine recommending anywhere else to visiting guests in the future! "

" Great staff that are very accommodating and very helpful. The photos on the website makes the room look HUGE, it's really not that big but spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The rooms are updated and very trendy/modern. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a huge shower.

We checked in late night and the front desk staff helped us find restaurants that were open that late, one of the workers walked out of the hotel down to the street to help us navigate the area, was impressed with the customer service. "
