" I came here today to look for a smart trainer and after a few minutes only I got out of the shop with my new toy. I received great advice by Sylvain and enjoyed having the opportunity to try the different devices on Zwift before making my final choice.
Strongly recommend Treknology for all cycling lovers! "

" Thumbs up for the customer service, was there with my wife earlier. The gentleman with the pony tail was outstanding. We didn't buy anything, yet the knowledge and experience shared was really useful.
I will definitely get the bike from them soon.
Keep up the good work guys! "

" They fitted my bike with a new expensive entry level wheelset that didn't fit the rear. Obviously, dumb that i was, went to go mtb only to find out that the wheel is too big and thru axle cannot lock. Went back to get it fixed. They cut a portion of the wheel so it fitted nicely, again only to find out after a while the rear wheel is wobbly. Ratherthan go back to this expensive place, wentto another bike shop and found out that the cone of the thru axle was gone. This was the last shop that fixed my bike so i conclude that their mechanics are all not very good "

" Thanks for the great service. I am always happy to come by and have enough mechanics around to get common things fixed on the spot. "

" Staff (Jonathan) is extremely friendly and helpful. Very tactical approach. Care to explain different types of bikes, test run and find one that most suitable to your preference. Spent about 2hrs, purchase only 2nd visit as I really like his profession and knowledge. Thumbs up. "

" Sales people were friendly and accommodating. 2 stars is because the left pedal fell off after 5km of riding. Apparently the pedals were not checked before we left the store. Now, I'll have to check the whole bike for tightness and integrity.. "

" This shop deserves 5 stars. Especially the staff named Dennis. I do not know with other reviews. But my personal experience in Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom is very fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful in giving opinions. They are also very experienced with the products they sell and they also provide good advice.

Spent all day here, but still served well and staff very nice to talk. Also have the opportunity to try choose a suitable saddle for me.

Lastly, I bought something here, because in my country, Trek store are not complete at all. And my advice, if you have a bicycle, especially Trek, want to find bontrager accessories, trek and all bike equipment in singapore, you must come to Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom in Kallang. Thank you Dennis and Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom. Definitely back again. Recommended. "

" Well-stocked, I have an uncommon tyre size and broke my valve pin and so have to go there to buy a quality inner tube. That's what the 2 stars are for. Service staff was a bit clueless though. I broke the valve pin and when I asked if there are any other remedies he suggested puncture kit (?), told me to remember to unscrew the pin head or can break the pin (?), and then suggested a longer valve length otherwise i might break the pin, even though I said I have a short hand pump (? its the opposite no?). Finally as we were transacting he inexplicably open my valve cap and let the air out (probably assuming I will ask him to change it here), I asked him why he did that, he said to change it for me but will need to charge me for it. When I said I know how to change a tyre, can you help fetch me a pump, he said it can be dangerous for me ride this way (I got there?). Maybe or maybe not, but I already said 3 times my house is nearby! >. "

" I have been a frequent customer of this shop since moving to Singapore. That will no longer be the case.

In advance of a race in the near future, I decided to take my bike in for a quick tune-up. I phoned ahead in advance to check they had the time to fit me in. The employee I spoke to, after conferring with his mechanics, told me they did. I advised I would bring my bike down later that day.

Having ridden to the shop, in the rain, I was informed that they did not have time to look at my bike, and that if I wanted to leave it I would need to pick it up several days later.

Now, I don't begrudge them being busy. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting a few days. But having been explicitly told they could fit me in, riding there in the rain, only to be told there was nothing they could do... I am not happy. Rest assured I will no longer be a customer of this shop, and will be actively advising other members of the Singapore cycling community to avoid it.

If you're considering going to a bike shop today, go somewhere else. "

" I have brought my trek bicycle to trek for repair for the third time 2 days ago. Today, my back tire is deflated again. Going to another trek outlet instead of this. Bad service, tried to overcharge me for labor cost and not being able to detect the problem. 1st time I went, they fix my tube and tire charging me for $5 labor as I used my own materials. 2nd time I went back, they told me that said that my inner tubing is too small for my bicycle however it was able to fit, I let this slide. 3rd time I was there I have to tell them that when the wheel is spinning it rubs against the gear. After that 2 days later I went back and had to tell them that the rim tape is unaligned. Although they gave it to me free, I spent unnecessary money on cab fares. Even after going through all those trouble fixing my back tire, it's still not solve and has deflated again. "

" I purchased a Trek bicycle brand new from an overseas Trek dealer and then shipped it to SG before I ever rode it. Upon arriving in SG, I discovered Treknology and marveled at my stupidity for shipping a bike here and not simply buying a bike from them. Their showroom is humongous! It seems that they have 5 of every single bike that Trek has ever produced. However, if they don't have it, they'll get it.

We ended up purchasing my wife's bicycle there and have also picked up numerous quality accessories from the main outlet and the store in East Coast. The staff is always helpful and ready to assist. We are very happy with those purchases.

I commute to work 34 km round trip on my Trek and it seems that the bicycle was never exactly right. It was sent back and forth to Treknology a couple of times working with Darren and Aru. The bike was proving to be quite troublesome and even though Darren and Aru were great to work with it seemed that possibly all was lost until George got involved. This guy is pure customer service magic!

He did something that is very unusual these days; He kept his word. He told me that he would resolve my issue in the most positive way possible for me and he did. He was an advocate for me, the end user in the warranty process and dealt with Trek in the USA. He called when he said he would and updated me accordingly. He was spot on and truly great to work with. I am back on the road again and a happy customer.

Keep in mind that Treknology was not the original dealer for this specific bicycle. However, they did exactly what a dealer is there for, to represent the brand in the best way possible and to be a liaison between Trek and the consumer.

If you are looking for a bicycle, you owe it to yourself to check into Treknology. I have experience with their customer service before, during, and most importantly after the sale. Treknology separates themselves from the rest with their service after the sale. George, Darren, and Aru know what customer service is all about!

Thanks again! "

" The bikes are good, but my new bike was delivered already with scratches. On the delivery day itself already they mixed up timings and had to wait from 6 to 8:30pm, but the driver was already their first time at 3pm when we schedulded 6 pm before. If you want a bike, better buy it at a shop with proper service. "

" You’re lucky to get one star from me, Treknology

There was a comedy of errors played out with this glitzy, high-end shop, some of which were my own fault but others leading me to warn off any potential service customer.

I’m living in Jakarta and riding a number of road and mountain bikes, on a daily basis. Three of my machines, all fitted with Avid Elixir 5 disc brakes, suffered the same problem: apparent air leaks into the brake lines resulting in the pads locking onto the brake discs. Imagine you’re out for a long ride – the bike suddenly feels heavy and resistant and when you try to spin the wheels they don’t want to move. All you can do is take off the calipers and ride home with no brakes.

My first mistake in dealing with this problem was not checking out this particular model of brake on the web. I would have discovered that many (but not all) users were howling and bitching and complaining bitterly about the Elixir 5. Instead of researching this I looked for the authorized dealer in Singapore, planning to get the brakes bled and rebuilt there.

When I showed up at Treknology I explained that I'd leave off the brakes (from one bike only initially) and pick them up later, on a subsequent trip. I gave the Service Dept. my email address; imagine my shock and dismay when they sent me a communication advising me the brakes were ready for me – if I'd pay the S$166 (US$ 120) rebuild charge. WOW. I hadn’t planned on this. Second mistake: I trusted that Treknology, the authorized service centre, would ask beforehand whether I wanted such a high-priced service job.

At that point I checked on the web and found that brand-new Elixir 5 brakesets were selling for US$ 60 (S$82) – just about half the price they were sticking me for a bleeding and cleaning. Evidently they were heavily discounted because nobody wanted them (except riders who were happy bleeding the brakes on a weekly basis themselves!)

When I picked up the brakes from Treknology I was impressed with how nicely the Service Dept. had done the job – and then one of the employees (NOT in the Service Dept.) tipped me off about these brakes: “They don’t like the hot countries – the tropics. They tend to swell up and stick here.” Now why in the hell didn’t the Service Dept. mention this, when I first brought the set in? There are only two possibilities: they were either crooked or incompetent. Either they wanted to scalp me for service which they knew would not correct the problem or they were unaware of the design defect on the Elixir 5 (unlikely).

The payoff is that exactly one week after returning to Jakarta and fitting the refurbished brakes they swelled up and locked on me again. I will never never shop again at Treknology, even though they had some very nice bikes for sale. Can’t trust them. Oh yes and Avid too is on my blacklist. Never buy another of their products. "

" A huge, 3-floored bike warehouse. The bikes they sell here are pricey, but always high quality. The staff here are also very knowledgeable and friendly. As a satisfied owner of a Trek mountain bike that was purchased here, I can safely say that this place is where you want to be if you are looking for a bike that you will enjoy using for some time to come.
