05 March 2017I just used them for shifting my house from Punggol to Choa Chu Kang. They did a very good and professional service. Very economical and reasonable cost. 4 people came and packaged with care and moved efficiently. Even though my load was more than 1 lorry they managed to squeeze it from floor to roof and completed it in one lorry itself. Gave the boxes in time. In fact I changed the move date two days before and they accommodated my change without fretting. All in all I had a good move. I will contact them again definitely. Good and professional job for a very reasonable price. "

" Engaged them on a relatively last minute job which requires moving within 2 days after confirmation. They reacted quickly and were able to demonstrate good knowledge on how to efficiently execute the move during moving day - from the early provision of boxes, advise on the need for security clearance at loading bays, to recommending moving time based on how frequently the cargo lifts in the building were being used. Administrative aspect could be improved so that formal documentations are available for bookkeeping purposes. "

" Very troublesome to deal with. I arranged my moving a month prior to my moving date so that I can secure a slot and inform my landlord according, on the day itself they kept wanting to change the moving timing causing a lot of inconvenience for us. For one month after the move, we still to have to keep texting them to come collect the boxes and return us our deposit. Replies were always they are busy. Managed to get them to come pick up in the afternoon and they didn't even text or call to inform that they weren't coming until I text them, waited for them for nothing. Said will come in the evening but can't give a timing, expect people to sit at home just to wait for them? Totally wasting people's time and highly unprofessional. Will NOT recommend to anyone since their rates are not the cheapest around as well. "

26 January 2016did a move for a 3 BR apartment and had 4 companies quoting. pricing for different offers varied substantial but SINGAPORE MOVERS had a fair price (in line with other serious offers).
To note is that it was the only company that took the effort to travel to both locations to investigate the local situation and adjust the quote accordingly. This to avoid all the hassle afterwards if the conditions are not easy.
But most important... they completely lived up to their promise and what we agreed on. Goods were properly packed and handled with good care. The worked efficient, but controlled to avoid any damage. All went well and super smooth.
Yes - i can recommend SINGAPORE MOVERS .. not fancy but efficient and good value for money. "
