" Visited this place last sun after a long time because of the bad customer service when I was there last time.There is still no improvement in customer service and the staff that attended to me had very little experience on bicycles.I wanted to test ride the polygon heist 5 but was told it was for display only.I told the salesperson that i bought from them a bicycle before but it was the jurong east branch and they allowed testing of bicycles.After that I went around the shop to look around not long after the salesperson came back and told me I am able to test ride the bicycle because I look interested in buying it.What kind of service is that?!?! I will never step foot into this shop again unless it's an emergency. P.s I live quite near to this shop but I would rather go to a bicycle shop that have a much better customer service even though it's further away. "
