" This is a place where you spend a whole lot of money and then such unbelievably poor after sales service.
27 November 2017Firstly it’s so difficult to get a delivery slot. Then when you get one from 4-5pm they call at 6.30 to ask if they can come.
Really, when you’re spending alot on furniture you would at least expect something better than a $70 Gogovan delivery service. Actually Gogovan has much better service for $70.
So just a warning to those thinking of buying here to prepare for the frustration and disappointment. "

" This is a furniture showroom retailing Designer furniture imported from Italy, Germany and US. I have a great showroom experience with one of the staff, she introduced me to the story of Poltrona Frau and the qualities of their leather. The staff has also been very thoughtful to offer me coffee while I was choosing the leather colours for my sofa. "
