" Had to wait for the pizza 30min with two in-house dining customers in front of me.
06 May 2017When I approached counter to check what's going on with my order and mentioned I've been waiting for 30min lady said "but you've just order like 15min ago". I've showed her my bill and she was still not really convinced.
This not the end of the story - I was served pizza and took it back to the office to open the box with someone else's order. Headed back to return it and she asked me "don't I want this one?"
All I could think is, yes I want it! I just came back all the way to see you again", but refrained of doing that as clearly customer service is not her thing.
She was hesitant to give a refund, as I've paid by dash, but after my 5sec silence she has decided to get rid of problem (me/customer) and handed over 10$ note...
The most relaxing lunch break ever - waste of time and energy - thanks a lot Pizza Hut. "
