" We visited Piccolo's new store at The Grandstand last weekend and were pleasantly surprised that Stacey still remembers us :) Bought some Bedlinens and curtains and a white bookshelf that complemented well with the bunk bed we bought from Piccolo at Ubi 4 years ago. Our older P6 boy is 157 cm but he is still sleeping on the top of the bunk bed without any issue. But he's looking forward to sleeping in his own room once he gets into secondary 1. We love the fact that the bed can easily be transformed to 2 single beds anytime. I would introduce Piccolo to anyone looking for versatile and well made children's furniture :) "

" From a customer service point of view especially, Piccolo house are a shambles. We purchased a bed for our daughter's 5th birthday, having ordered it a long time in advance. The sales assistant assured us that it would arrive in plenty of time. After a good deal of chasing, they arrived the day before my daughter's birthday, later than their stated delivery slot. They started building the bed then announced that they didn't have all the right bits and would have to come next week. After a lot of persuasion, they managed to build the bed and said they would return the following week to adjust it when they had the correct parts. They turned up to and did this, later than their stated time of course.
28 April 2015After a few months, they rang us up to ask if the bed was cracked at all, as they were having issues with some of their beds. We could not see any problem, but received a later call to say that some men would come to check it between 4 and 6 today. We waited in until 6.45, then called to find out where the men were. The lady on the phone said that our bed was not in the batch that had issues and so the men wouldn't be coming - she'd meant to call to let us know, but had forgot.
Low quality products and worse service - won't be going back. "
