" I came a few times already to this outlet and everything in the menu was available. The noodles are nice. A little expensive than in town but it's understood coz airport price. Servers are friendly and quick. I don't understand why a lot of the customers demand for things that are not in the menu and requests for discounts?! Lol. Do give comments based on REAL JUDGEMENT. None of the reviews provided about this place is accurate. "

" Lots of room for improvement. I ordered simple half boiled egg n toast n muar kopi, all served to me cold... Cannot make good kopi if water is not hot enough...soy sauce needs to be replaced, tasteless..sigh...pls improve. "

" Very bad customer service despite putting up a big sign saying prices include a 10% service charge. Not clear indication whether we need to order at the counter or from sitting table. Went to asked waiter, waiter was obviously more occupier with some thing else not concerning him. Told me to order from table and continue to do what he was doing. Worst customer service despite the high price.

" OK so it was 2 a.m. when I dropped by. They were open alright but when I ordered the most common of drinks that is called teh tarik, they told me it was unavailable. Or any other hot beverages, for that matter. "

" 4 people queued at counter to place order. After a short wait, person at counter says you can't order here. Asked where to do it. Reply was "anywhere". Hearing that, I went to a staff behind the serving counter and made an order. He said you can't order here. So I asked how to place order. Gave me a blank stare. An irate foreigner overhead me and told me that the people here don't know what they are doing here. And left. I followed suit. Others who were in queue left too. "

" Awful in every way. The laksa is iceberg lettuce in boiled water and it's about all they had left of their instant microwavable frozen meals.
20 September 2017Don't eat beef? No problem, here's some old crispy microwaved beef for you when you ordered chicken, don't eat beef and dont get told they'll throw any random susbtance at you fresh from their microwave.
When we complained that we'd been fed beef instead of chicken no-one cares - everyone just microwaves food and that's it. (everything here is prepackaged microwave food.) no refund, no apology nothing.
Want a drink with your dinner? You can have it when we bring the bill. This place will scar your memory of the airport and food itself. "
