" Poor after sales service.requested to inspection and thorough checking for the knocking noise from the undercarriage of my jazz hybrid but the car was left unattended for more than half an hour.I was only told that they will not perform any inspection on complains on Saturday when I approached the service agent,although I've made remarks and request when making my servicing appoint. Avoid this service centre if u have a choice. "

" Very bad and unreliable service. Car battery was broken less than a month after receiving a new car. My friend HRV car's battery also get broken only after 2 weeks of using it. Can't even ask for claim since they said that they ran out of stock for the battery, thus I need to buy and replace it by my own. In the end thay said that they will send me a new battery but after a few months still got no news from them. Complaint to HQ also got no reply. The salesman was also not helping at all. If possible, if you want to buy a Honda car, please buy from another dealer, not from this company. "
