" i purchased the air cond in Oct 2015. Air cond start giving me problem on Nov 2017 which resulted i have to spent $860 to get the fan motor and PC board replaced. In April 2018, the air con indoor fan motor is giving me problems.
26 April 2018Seriously, to those aspiring future home owners or air cond buyers, please think very carefully when considering this aircon brand. The distributor told me that it is wear and tear of the aircon but my relatives aircon doesn't have this issue for the past 5 to 7 years. "

" Our condo owner recently installed 3 units of MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES Inverter Split type aircon system in 3 rooms. One of the remote controls is not functioning, and we called in the aircon texhnician who installed the units to check. We were told that the remote control is spoiled. We called the office of Mitsubishi for a replacement, as I am sure the units are still under warranty. My wife was told that the remote controla is not covered by warranty as it is considered an accessory. We were told to purchase a new one. DISAPPOINTING AFTER-SALES SERVICE, and LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. "
