" Always busy, nice big parking spaces and next to another drive in Starbucks. Locals like to hang out day and night. Management should into toilet facilities state due to high volume of customers. "

" Parking space is quite spacious and many. Drive-thru lane is a long queue especially in a peak hour time. Service can be improved. Can say superb crowded with people especially in peak-hour time, dinner or lunch time. But will be much more comfortable, relaxing and less busier to get dine-in here after 9 or 10pm time. Should already implement separate order and food delivery counter and also self-service ordering machine just like in KL branch to minimize the long queue and more systematic. And I can see and hear some other customers complaining about sundae and ice cream machine is always broken and not available at most of the times, that makes them so pissed off and annoyed by the management system of this branch. "
