" Service is not on par with McDonald's brand standards. Long queue and always out of items e.g. ice cream / fried chicken and etc. Not enough of man power and lots of flies within the premises. Tables are not cleaned properly and sauces counter are not replenished properly (e.g. out of salt & pepper ) and untidy. "
