" Placed a simple order for takeaway just to get home to realize that some of our food was missing. Given that we had to drive far back to Jolibee because of their mistake, they did absolutely nothing to make up for their negligence nor did they do anything as a good gesture for the inconvenience they caused. I understand that mistakes happen, but then there’s something called customer service which is seriously lacking here! "
