" He has a good heart. Once, i brought a stray cat in because he suffered from a fracture and dislocation due to an accident. Dr James Tan was very understanding towards my concern and generous as he charged me with lower cost for the medical bill. He gave me several options to where i can put the cat after his treatment and provide me with the contacts of people who would be able to take care of the cat. I am truly grateful for his services and help. The cat now has a new home and a good owner. "
