14 March 2018You make an online appoint inquiry, within hours have something confirmed, then you arrive 15 minutes before appointment to complete registration process. This is handled via iPad. They do accept and file with some insurance companies, but a form of payment from the patient will need to be on file for any non-covered items. This is good, keeps them in business not having to chase payments too much, but it can also keep you guessing on what the final outcome will be, so ask ahead of time about customary charges.
A clinic worker will first check body temp, weight, height and perhaps blood pressure. Later another aid or nurse will call you to doctor's exam room. The rooms are standard exam rooms, clean and tidy. Docs listen and want to help. Later if prescriptions are needed, they have an on site dispensary like most docs in Singapore.
The clinic also has a nice welcome packet with great info on medical issues for folks living here in this area plus additional clinic numbers and addresses, etc.
So other than being somewhat expensive, like a lot of things in Singapore, this is a very good place to seek care for your ailments...everything from pneumonia to headache, heart pain to wellness care and so forth. They see all ages and have a dedicated staff just for pediatric care as well.
Once registered in their system you can schedule a doctor visit at any of their Singapore locations. Nifty! "
