" Fei fei,the china staff, attended to me. She did not bother to explain about the hoods and hobs though i asked for recommendation. While i was looking,and mind you i'm a very quick person,she looked at her phone. After finishing looking,i saw her sneering at me when i looked up. I have no idea why she followed me though she had no intention to provide any information nor be helpful in any way. I told her i didnt need help,since she was of no help following me around.
11 February 2018I walked to the next section,where another staff asked me whether I needed help. I asked about the hoods and hobs. I guess she was not in charge of that section so she asked the lady at the counter. Lady at the counter looked at me with an angry look and said,"i thought fei fei told u".
I said "nvm" and walked out. The reviews i read about them has indeed been correct. Service is bad. My issue is with the Chiba staff who can't be bothered to do her job properly. I have been to genting hoe kee and the China staff there is one of the best. Perhaps hoe kee management should let go of staff in jln berseh store who do not wish to do their jobs and hire more people like the China lady with gd knowledge and attitude at genting main branch. "
