" My fiancé and I went Harvey Norman store at Parkway Parade. Nobody assisted us since we came, as we wanted to buy a printer. We asked one staff to look for it and explained what was the difference but he couldn’t explained it. We have decided to buy it and the staff took forever to checked the stock.

" Bought a Hitachi fridge (R-SF45FMS-SH) from Harvey Norman (Parkway Parade). And the fridge is disgusting. Water condensation on the compartment doors. Lots of fruit flies getting into the fridge. Hitachi service center has not been able to solve the problems after 3 months. We called up Harvey Norman and the guy said he could not help!! He said if I want to complain can write to their email.. "
