" Rooms are good, clean however when people walk past the room or talk outside the room, its still loud for those in the room, maybe that should be looked at by the management. it was a fair distance from the beach which was fine for me to drive. Overall price paid, it was a good stay. "

" no beach at all nor is there a beach view at all. ive been in almost all hotels in pd for the past 20 years or coming and this place is more like a renovated guest house but it inst bad for couples. but those two stars are purely for the good rooms considering that it is a budget hotel. tho there is a ping pong table , theres no facilities at all "

" The rooms are clean and well maintained. This hotel is pretty close to the beach, basically it's in walking distance. There are shops and restaurants in the same block. The staff is friendly and competent. However, on the other side the rooms are quite loud, there is not much isolation so that you can hear everything happening at the corridor and neighbor rooms, which is distracting and thus it's hard to fall asleep till very late night and the noises wake you up early morning. Reading other ratings online revealed that my experience with the noisy environment is not an isolated situation so keep it in mind when booking. Other than that there's nothing to complain about. "

" A very nice Hotel in PD. Stayed here 1 week. Near to Beach, have 7-11 near by and Atm machine. Room very clean and can see the housekeeper change linen everyday. Staff are nice too "

" Poor service. Not giving Aircond remote to use in room. Management told they already set up the Aircond setting. But we can't adjust according to our room temperature. Very warm some times. Need to call reception each time to adjust the temperature setting. "

" Lack of maintenance especially the bathroom ceiling was rundown not sure about other rooms. Noisy at odd hours, KTV playing loud musics and I'm guessing the entire PD could actually hears it... WTF!!! From outside looks like TUNE HOTEL... WTF!!! If YOU have other options to stay, STAY AWAY from this hotel... You have been warned! "
