" Have been a customer for the past 15 years without problem for both my aircon unit and water heater. My water heater tank leaks last night and I called this morning.
19 March 2017A young man answered and he said I must replaced a new tank even without inspection. Asked him for the price difference bet the 2 when he said $520 & $550 for the replacement. He only said $550 is from Italy. When I asked again what is the difference compared to the $520, he kept on saying the same thing. Suddenly he shouted at me snd say that I'm rude. Asked him where am I rude when I only want to know the differences and requested to speak to the boss. He said he is the boss and is in charge. Told him I want to speak to his father who I dealed with many years ago. He refused and kept on saying he is in charge and slammed the phone down. Always have good service in the past but now disappointed with new management. All my family members and friends used this company through our recommendation for both aircon servicing and plumbing works. This is our last dealing with this company. "
