30 December 2016Why should you not buy from Grafunkt?
1. Petty, rude after-sales. Everything after the sale is about money and more money if you want any help.
2. Absent communication and lack of professionalism. An order was cancelled with the supplier without any written or verbal communication to the customer. Only upon request of delivery was the cancelled order revealed, with no inkling or semblance of an apology. That's their business ethos.
Oh, and also no furniture – so be prepared to be disappointed.
3. Finally, inflated prices far and above RRP - of course this is not uncommon amongst retail businesses in Singapore. But even during their sales period, the highest tier of discount available simply offsets the margin previously applied. In other words, you are still paying the RRP set by suppliers and are not getting any real discount at all. In short, with their pricing strategy, you will never get a good deal from them.
In my experience, I have browsed and patronised possibly almost every proper furniture store in Singapore. To give credit where it is due, Grafunkt does stock a respectable trendy range of brands. But if you are looking for an honest courteous reliable furniture store in Singapore, look elsewhere – Pomelo, Hommage Lifestyle, Prestige Affairs to name a few. "
