" Horrendous delivery experience. The van came to my office when I was in a meeting. They called me, but as I didn’t know who was calling, I sent a text saying I was in a meeting and would return the call. No response. If they had texted back identifying themselves I would’ve stepped out. They didn’t even send an auto text or email later informing that the delivery had failed.
Afterward, when I called the customer service hotline, the rep was incredibly rude - no apology, no re-delivery, no refund, and no of course our drivers do not text because they are driving. Self collect is the only option.
The fruit basket was well done but not worth the pain dealing with their delivery and customer service guys. Definitely the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced with an online store. "

" Hi , I am not pleased with the fruits hamper when it came. I told the delivery guy it’s not what I’ve ordered in the website and he replied he don’t know and to call his office.

I expected Far East Flora to contact me for any different packaging used or what so ever. Rightfully , they should update customers of any changes in their orders. Fruits are not fresh , covered with cling wrap , wasnt tight and air sealed.

The amount of money I paid for that hamper truly not worth it.

I regretted not ordering from hazel florist where their workmanship is thousand times better and basically you can tell that they take pride in what they do. "

" Terrible service. I ordered flower delivery two days before the delivery day to be sent to Airline House. My delivery was meant to be made between 2pm-5:30pm. Close to 2pm, someone called me and said this delivery cannot be made and has to be made in the morning. However, nobody bothered to call me a day before or in the morning to inform me about this, until the delivery time. Person who called did not even bother to apologise. I was just informed that either I have the flowers delivered on a Sat (when the person I'm sending to is not there) or deliver it on a Monday. I chose to take a refund, to which it takes 2 weeks to process. Very very poor customer service. "

The driver is late, no one notify me, cannot find reliable information on the website about the order. I have to call to learn the delivery guy will be late and now I need to ask her to stay longer at work so she do not miss the now ruined surprise. Will not use service again. "

Trying to communicate with them is very difficult, both via telephone and email.
Flower did not deliver on time although Far East Flora charges extra fees for it.
Flower did not deliver to the correct address even after the order is confirmed.
Trying to get a refund is unsuccessful. No one responds to customer's request. "
