The space is massive, you can find anything from flower pots, fertilizer, plant pots, seeds, patio furniture and more. " I had a particularly great experience at the Far East Flora store due to the great customer service of Aung, one of their employees. He helped us select the plants we wanted to combine, told us how to take care of them, and made sure they were potted well before delivering to our house. When we wanted a second plant we just sent Aung a message and he took care of everything. We just paid for it when it got to the house. He is a great employee, shows a great deal of initiative and great customer skills. Thank you Aung! "

" Not many choices of plant pots and other accessories. The kinds of indoor plants available there aren't very interesting. Many medium-large plants were already potted in in a boutique hotel-like way with high price-tags. We still picked a few small and medium ones. But when it comes to pot choices, we were extremely disappointed. Mostly they were ugly and/or plastic. "

23 July 201710 flower buds dropped from my pots! Delivery guy squeezed the pots all into 1 basket which obviously show he was just trying to make a 1 single trip delivery when he could have done 2 trips (when handled carefully).
he was not sorry for mishandling the plants and had the cheek to tell me off "talk nicely".
thirdly there was supposed to be a document for me to sign ('goods received") but there was nothing of this sort. Apparently the staff seems short-handed and couldn't pass the documents to their delivery guy in time!

" Large store, i know little about gardening, but looking at the place hope they should have all varieties of plants, seeds and extra. I went there to buy small stones and tools for terrarium, collection was less for stones and tools. May be I am wrong. But I liked the place. "

" All the varieties you need - outside and back even more trees. Plants here sell fast and sometimes too fast for them too restock from the warehouse outside, which is usually where the stuff are if you can't find what you want. Ask the staff. They are very helpfully and much more accountable than the ones on Thompson. "
