" A normal department store. Used to be full of people buying groceries here but mostly were gone due to the bigger mall opposite the road aka boulevard. Price wise is still reasonable with some offers every now and then. Parking is sufficient. "

" reasonable price, always stop over when visit in Kuching. Unfortunately, limited parking spot..hard to find it when weekend. There is a fruit stall in the right entrance which offers fresh fruit chops with condiment. "

" Traditional supermarket concept still packing the crowds on weekends although nearby is a walking distance Boulevard Hypermarket. Pricing cheap for advertised products. Mostly regular families with older folks. Strict with using supermarket plastic bags as security is KING here. Use of recycle bag has to get nod from security. So much for environmental friendly Everrise. Smaller shops within the small mall not many customers. Food court economy rice [owner chinese lady] very expensive. 1 fish, 1 vege and 1 rice =RM8.00. "
