My helper told me the ntuc staff "talk unpolitely(no manner), and very rude "that cannot (refused)exchange the correct newpaper...for her.
What customer service is that???

Decent amount of products at this NTUC outlet, you can get almost all your daily necessities here such as fruits, vegetables, poultry, cooking needs, drinks and wines and so on. For example, whenever I bought a bag of 1 kg mangosteen it would be lucky if I could get more than half edible. And it isn't cheap.
