" Obviously just a star from us - Very disappointed with the level of service, we were initially told & given a quote of $80 per night for 2 nights but when my family checked out I was told that its $130 per night - this sort of unprofessionalism is not accepted & will not recommend this to others too. Be it staff’s miscommunication or mismanagement... The management should settle internaly. Hope the management can take this into consideration and for the management to send the front line staffs for training on not to be rude to guests as well as playing blaming games and most importantly YOU MUST HONOR YOUR PROMISES TO YOUR HOTEL GUESTS!!!!!!! "
