My daughter sent me to a physiotherapy practitioner located near our home at Guthrie House. My practitioner Charles was good at restoring my strength and sense of balance. Every session is a challenge which is the way it should be. This was the same method of training I received when I faced compulsory military recruitment some 40 over years ago. I continue with one session every week with Charles. He instills discipline in me to do the exercises daily at home. "
