" Scammers. Final payment does not mean final price. They will call you to pay additional "top up" the following week. Beware! "

" We needed to take the midnight bus from Phitsanulok to Chiang Mai on Saturday, 12 August, so I bought tickets for a 00:30 departure on early Saturday morning, 12 August. To our horror, the ticketing counter in Phitsanulok couldn't find our booking for Saturday and instead found us booked for Sunday at 00:30 instead. As all tickets were sold out that long weekend, we were forced to take an expensive taxi ride to Chiang Mai.

I called and wrote to busonlineticket after the incident and they took 2 weeks to get back to me. To my utter disappointment, they insisted that it is 'common' knowledge in Thailand that we should have booked tickets for the previous day if we plan to travel at midnight, i.e. we should have bought tickets for Friday, 11 August, if we plan to travel at 00:30 on early Saturday morning! They insisted that there was nothing they could do. After a couple of heated emails, they finally agreed to refund me a measly 70 baht booking fee. I was travelling with a Thai who was totally unaware of this so-called common practice. How would they expect foreigners to know!

As a bus ticketing operator whose primary customers are unknowing foreigners, I strongly believe that it is the company's responsibility to clearly communicated any such lapses in understanding. It is not about the money but a matter of principle. After all, all I'm asking of busonlineticket is to acknowledge their mistake and to refund me for my unused bus tickets which is just a small amount of 674 baht. I'm not asking them to compensate me for my 3500 baht taxi fare.

I've made bookings with them before and have not encountered any problems until this incident. They are okay if nothing goes wrong with your trip. However, don't count on them to take responsibility if anything goes wrong, even if the mistake is caused by their negligence! They have questionable business ethics which should be boycotted.

Their ticket processing fees are also higher compared to other online booking platforms. Do a thorough research before buying your tickets! "

" Absolutely disgusting! Sent me an email saying payment confirms had been received. But I receieved no email of any details to where i was to collect my tickets and any info. I booked them the day before I needed to travel, and read on there website to just print he email they sent you off, so I did just that. I went to the place of pick up went to several places to be told the email wasn't enough confirmation. Had to pay for 2 more tickets to Melaka which cost an extra £20 plus a taxi to get to the main bus depo in George Town when a mini bus was supposed to collect us! Do not use these people absolutely disgusting service, emailed just to be robbed off and be told they basically accept no responsibility and under n circumstance give refunds! "

" STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!

provided very little information once you have purchased your journey and refuse to resolve any disputes. Terrible customer service.

We ended up paying for another ticket at the station in Penang as our booking apparently didn't exist ... we were sent our payment confirmation to our email but suspiciously the actual tickets didn't arrive in said email.

VERY UNDERHANDED! "

" Booked online for a bus 11am and the confirmation came 2pm, BusOnlineTicket didn't want to take any responsibility. Be careful for this company. Don't use it. "

" We booked through this website and randomly chose Seasons Express and Tours bus company. We chose the 1.30pm bus from Golden Mile Complex Singapore to TBS Kuala Lumpur. We arrived at Golden Mile Complex at 1pm and were told that the bus was delayed. That it was in fact not coming but would be waiting at Woodlands Bus terminal after the Malaysia immigration check point. And that another bus would bring us to woodlands check point. When went through Malaysia checkpoint....no bus....we are still waiting now. :(

We have been waiting for 1 hour...still no bus. "

" This is my painful experience with BusOnlineTicket
I booked three bus tickets through this company yesterday. Payment was successfully done at 11:45pm but confirmation email wasn't sent to me immediately. I called the Msia Customer Service phone no. to clarify, but no one picked up. Ok fine, probably it was after office hour.I waited until 8am today to receive their confirmation email. However, it only mentioned payment was done for three tickets, no itinerary. I was concerned and called them multiple times after 8:30am. Unfortunately, no one answered my phone. I felt so helpless and disappointed. Then I called the bus company I had selected and the staff told me she didn't receive notification from BusOnlineTicket either. But she was very helpful, she tried her best to communicate and settle my issue. At last she confirmed my booking an hour before departure. Despite departure was at 1015, I finally received my itinerary at 1029. Absolutely disappointed! "

" We took the bus from Mersing Jetty to Singapore with "The One Travel & Tours." The operator has major timing issues.

The bus was supposed to leave at 5:00 p.m. but reached after a good 2 hours at 7:00 p.m. The driver does not even bother to apologize. We heard from locals that it is common for the the operator to be late by an hour or two. Very Unprofessional!

After reaching Singapore instead of heading from Woodlands to Beach road station as mentioned, he gave us a Singapore tour of Tuas and woodlands (home dropping some of his favorite passengers) adding further half an hour delay. He also left without waiting for two passengers at Woodlands who were still at immigration - surprising that we waited for two hours and he could not wait 15 mins.

Bus itself was comfortable, too cold though, would be a good idea to maintain a reasonable temperature inside. All in all if they learn to manage time will be a pleasant experience. "
