" Received a call from them previously and told me they are celebrating their anniversary and I've received a complimentary treatment for facial (which i already did once before). Time and date and SMS all set and then I received a message from them saying that I'm not eligible for the treatment and cancelled it. So it fine. Just 2days ago I received the same call saying that they are having their anniversary (again) and I can have a free facial. I've tried to reject a few times before and the guy keep calling and insisting me to go as its free and no obligation. So I agreed to it and set the date and time to have it today. Guess what, after travelling for one to reach there, the sales person told me that I did the facial once before and I can't do it again as they can't key into their system. They recommended me to do other treatment with a top up. I told them that I'm not going to do any top up as this was not communicated to me before. She say she can't do anything about it so I left. What kind of service is this and a very lousy system they are practising. I signed for a package before and I will never sign any package with them after this bad experience. "

" I signed up for a facial package and later heard from a friend that she used to go to body contours but they had become very commercial and she stopped going to them. After going to them a few times, I agree. You just cannot enjoy a spa if they play "relaxing" spa music but keep hounding you at every visit to buy some product or service they want to hardsell. This is not what makes people come back when you pay more than $100 for each session and get an earful during the session as well after at the payment counter where I had to put up with a pushy sales person who wanted me to purchase several boxes of a product that they had suggested I try for $50 on top of the facial. "
