" The tyres on my daughter’s bike were flat and we couldn’t pump at petrol station as it does not fit in, asked for help at the shop and the owner flatly declined and asked us to buy our own pump!
17 March 2018My daughter was so disappointed as no help was rendered and she couldn’t cycle on her bike.
It is not our entitlement i totally agree, but not even rendering help to a 5 yr old is utterly disgusting!
Pls don’t ever visit this shop, parents with kids especially, so as to not disappoint your child and to expose your kids to the unkind acts of the society as these are not the kind of values you would like your children to pick up! "

" Fuss free and fast fix for my bike! Had a replacement for both pedals and the entire brake system for a very reasonable price and it was quickly done. The bike also looks much cleaner/newer after I sent it to them! Would recommend this place "

From the tune ups to the inner tube and alignment issues, the uncle and auntie, who own the shop, always make our visit pleasant. Just have to be kind back lah. " Went to a nearby shop for 2 inner tubes for different bikes. They told me that the writing on my old inner tubes was not clear so they could not help.
26 July 2017I walked round to Bike Connect where an extremely helpful lady looked at my tubes and asked about my bikes and worked out which tubes I needed. They fit perfectly! Great customer service.
Prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely use Bike Connect again. "

05 July 2017What absolutely perplexes me is why some people leave negative reviews about them not pumping up tyres for free or going in with stupid requests.
I would definitely recommend them they also have a nice selection of GIANT bikes available, along with a wide range of accessories. "
