" Highly recommended veterinarian clinic in Kuching. Meds & consultation fees are within the most affordable and appropriate range I have experienced so far. The doctors and staffs are very friendly and helpful. The clinic is for both cats and dogs, or any type of animal like goat (i have witnessed this). All of my pets are registered patients here. "

" Sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan layanan staf di klinik ini. Saya pernah membuat panggilan telefon ke klinik ini bertanyakan tentang kesihatan anjing saya. Pada awalnya panggilan dijawab oleh staf perempuan. Namun kemudian staf tersebut berkata akan membuat panggilan semula setelah bertanyakan nama anjing saya. Setelah menunggu sekian lamanya dari pagi hingga ke petang, saya tidak menerima panggilan balik daripada staf tersebut. Paling mengecewakan saya, sebaik sahaja perbualan kami di telefon tamat, staf tersebut sempat mengeluh dengan nada yang kuat sehingga didengari oleh saya. Memalukan sungguh. Kecewa sangat dengan layanan staf tersebut. Saya berharap agar staf diberi training yang secukupnya kerana kelakuan sebegini langsung tidak boleh diterima. Tindakan staf tersebut membuat saya berfikir dua tiga kali sama ada berbaloi atau tidak untuk pergi ke klinik ini lagi. "

" All my cats are under their medical and health care here. Prices are slightly higher than some other vet services but still not the highest price around. With their profession here, the price is reasonably at the right standard. And you can be sure your pets are in good hands. "

" The Vets are really passionate about animals and they really care. How the vet and staff handle the animals being treated is professional. They handle the animals on their own while treating them unlike other vets I've been to where the owners have to hold down their pets while the vet tend to them. It's worse when the animals are in pain and the owners are just struggling to coax them. Here, they absolutely know what to do and you just let them do their work. The downside is that they really don't have an organized record of your pets. You keep filling in new cards each time you come back. I know they're busy but I think they should hire someone to specifically tend to the paper works and organizing of records. "
