" This has to be the worst courier service in the world. The tracking shows the delivery out to be at 13.10 on the 5th Feb 2018 and there was no sign of delivery or a call from the company . I called the parent company and it took ages to connect and with the three contacts they have given me for the JB branch, none of the calls were picked up. I finally googled for the Office Branch in JB and like the previous contact numbers, the call was also not picked up. The website says the JB branch opens till 8pm so I thought I may be able to collect the parcel but it was closed when I went there before 6pm. This could be a great place to work. They might perpetually be having their coffee breaks. "

" Bad courier service in Muar if compare to PosLaju, Skynet, GDex... I went to their office to collect my parcel in early Nov 2017 after they have failed to deliver to me for the first time. The office girls (2) took more than 20 min to look for my parcel in the whole office, really, no joking. Wondering what kind of system they have? PosLaju & Skyney will take less than 2 min to perform the same task. The best part is that when the dispatch boy called me to confirm I was not at home, he has spoken to me in a very bad manner. I could feel he was very angry because I was not at home at that moment of time to collect my parcel. But why? They never called me to wait for them in the first place. Same problem in office, one of the office girl was blaming me while searching for my parcel. Normally PosLaju & Skynet will leave a piece of notice or SMS to their customer to notify him/her rather than making call when the respective customer is not at home. But ABX would call to asked you to make own collection without informing you what is the consignment note number. That's why the whole process became very messy. May be they have the system but not being implemented, I have no comment on that. "
