" Letting 5D to install with ceramic pro on dec15 which they carried during installation. Recently trying to contact them for yearly maintenance but come to know after making called to them to make appointment for yearly inspection, they no longer carrying the product (ceramic pro) and in order to be continue to be maintain by 5D solution I need to agreed and sign off a declaration to void my warranty of 10 yrs before they can commence with the inspection.
02 January 2018During my 1st inspection on feb 2016. They had already changed the product which they choose to hide the truth from consumer, and not truthful of informing the consumer during that moment. Athought these were service and done by previous 5D solution owner. Which triggers me to countercheck with online website on agent list. 5D solution was removed and in order to make things worse, the current agent (yishun area) requoted me another sum to rework on the ceramic pro again.
A very disappointing experience as I trusted 5D solution to install and pick the life time warranty instead of the basic. But in the end I required to pay much more. "
