" May 21st '18: Bait and switch? Not sure. Tried ordering a camping chair next thing i know was informed to top up another US$40!!! Hopefully get my refund. Not a good first impression and first order. Won't be back anytime soon.
31 May 2018May 28th '18:Good that you respond to review postings. Fact is US$51.52 was charged through and no refund insight despite canceling order. Will see how long that takes. Not impress if taking Amazon as the standard since refund will take 7 to 30days!!!
May 31st '18. After a good chase got my money back in whole as promised that is the good part. The bad part for the business is .... I will never buy from them again. Best to stick with the big boys - Amazon. "

" Got a confirmation email that my order was successfully received and that’s the last and only thing i’ve heard from them ever since. Tried calling their number posted on their web page and was put on answering machine and on hold for 30min. Never got to the customer service and I hung up after 30min. Just wrote them an email asking for the status of the order and hopefully they will reply me promptly. Will call my credit card company to dispute the charges if they don’t reply my email in a week. "

" From the way the site seems to sell everything at an hard-to-believe cut-throat prices; the company's apparent operational presence in all places around the globe; the fact that I had to restate my details via email; the odd/worrisome way of updating my delivery info and getting through additional delivery details; to every email I received throughout the order & delivery process being from a different person with a (I apologize) seemingly computer generated name each time --
20 May 2018Very, very little about this company's presentation or interaction with me engendered confidence or certainty about anything. I have to be honest, even when the packaged reached me, (promptly) on the third try mind you, I was skeptical about the item itself, but here I am with it, legit. Plenty of things could be improved, as brought up above, but for what has been, in retrospect, good customer service, a successful delivery in good condition as stated, and at a good price, I don't know if I should even be asking for more. If you're skeptical like me, you could start with ordering something small first, it'll be exciting to say the least.
Lastly, for the company, if I had to pick one thing out of all the possible improvements (some were superficial), it's the way customers can input delivery details like date, timing, or where to leave the parcel. I think the parcel failed to reach me twice before I was prompted with a way to update my details by the 3rd party delivery service; I had wanted to do so earlier but couldn't find a way. Hope this can make things more efficient for the company. I would love to order more next time!

" Still waiting for a refund on cancelled order from January. Many emails later but still no refund. Notified the Singapore consumer association. I don't think I will see my US $100 again. Would never deal with this company again.The NZ phone number is disconnected too.....what a scam. "

28 April 2018Placed my order on 20 March and was told it would be delivered on 21 April. Have not gotten my order. Tried calling various times but got no reply. Emailed on 24 April but still have not gotten a reply. This is a scam.
Don't pay any attention to their responses. All lies!! It's a SCAM!!!!! "

** I think some goods are not in hand [ site inventory ], but there are merchants sell the goods to
you through this site.
** Information are not up to date with merchants, for my order, and after 7 days, they told me that
the items are not found at this merchant and there is another one ready to ship.
2- Advantages:
** Good prices.
** Good Quality.
** Very good and helpfull support team.
** Very Fast refund.
3- Recommendation:
I recommend this site to be better and better by:
*** Update merchants stock periodically.
*** Get rid of merchants of bad reputation. "

" Placed an order on 11 Feb 2018 and did not get the online confirmation to my email address. Called up to the tel number provided and spoke to the SAME lady on 3 different occasions with 3 different names but with the same voice and mannerism. I am very sure it was the same lady that answered my call throughout the 3 times but she had 3 different names. The phone line will go dead/quiet when the lady could not answer my questions. They never bothered to send me an email confirmation until I made another call on 12 Feb 2018. I DO NOT feel comfortable buying from their website and have sent them an email to cancel my order. I am still waiting for their reply for the cancellation!!

" Wish to give them a Zero Rating! Ordered the item 2 months before. Got instant confirmations from them, But not yet delivered. They are experimenting our patience i think. First they came out with an excuse that the item is missing from their logistics. It happened after the estimated arrival date. I replaced the order again and wait for next 30 days. After 30 days they came out with an appologies that the item no more available. Really a bad experience. 👎🏻 "
