" The location of this place is amazing, situated right on the beach. The rooms are in the back so are very private, but are a little run down. In saying that you have everything you need (aircon, bathroom, safe, private balcony, tv and dvds). The restaurant downstairs serves amazing food and the coffee is awesome! The fresh water pool is beautiful and you can hire bikes from reception (very cheap) to explore the island. The staff are the best part, the are all very helpful and friendly, especially Rizal! Thank you for making our short stay very special :) "

" Good, clean rooms. Although we had 3 bed only 2 had duvets the third just had a sheet. This doesnt make any sense. Thefood was amazing although service was slow. All the staff are lovely and friendly. "

" Dont look at the cover specially the front office. After you go to the room it will look so peacefull with the lower budget hotel compare others hotel around here. Nice room, nice staff, no need to worry about water cause they provide with "galon aqua 😅". Not too comfortable for the bath room caused its open to the air. Takut ada yg ngintip aja 😊. Tp bersih. Overall 👍👍 "

" It started off great, the staff was really sweet, food decent. What wasn't was the charge for a double vodka we didn't order or receive and the bar staff making more expensive cocktails instead of the local doubles we ordered. To be honest, the slightly more expensive cocktails wouldn't have put a damper on the evening (the staff was super cool), but the charge for the drink we never had or ordered for was a bummer. We later got a tip by another patron to "order as you go" - we recommend the same! Shame as it would be a chill place otherwise. "

" Service is bad, the burgers are bad, but I guess a nice view? Service: no one talked, they just listen foe your order, walk away then another guy comes to bring food without saying what it is upon putting it on the table. Food: we ordered Australian and cheese burger, both were black and maybe even not cooked properly in the inside. But the chicken fingers were tasty. The place is nice though, good music and nice scenary and view. But the food and service is just really bad... "

08 May 2014I got food poisoning from eating their hamburger because it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I drew the waiter's attention to it when I was halfway through my burger. It was hard to see properly because the restaurant is lit by candlelight, but upon closer inspection, the hamburger meat obviously hadn't been cooked through. It was slightly charred on the outside of the burger.
The waiter looked at it and then told me that Australian beef is naturally red, but when I asked him to cook it some more, he refused because I had already eaten half of it. I told him that I wouldn't have eaten any of it if I could've seen the burger in real light when it arrived. I remarked that I hoped I wouldn't get sick from the part I'd already eaten, and we left. My husband's food also wasn't fresh. The tomatoes for the bruschetta weren't fresh, and he didn't finish his meal either.
Two hours later, I had food poisoning and spent the next two days sick in our bungalow. My husband went back to the restaurant to ask for our money back on the burger. He found the waiter who served us and he refused to do anything about it. Then he went to the manager to tell the manager what happened, and the manager said it was too bad that I was sick. He refused to do anything about our meal either.
This was one of the more expensive meals that we had in Gili Trawangan, and we lost two days out of our vacation because of the food poisoning I got from their cheese burger.
You'd be better of spending your time and money elsewhere. There are definitely better places to eat at on the island. "

" This place has a pretty good bar scene on Monday nights. The whole island comes to party with everyone. The music is good and everyone's pretty friendly. Most of the expats that come to this island are usually from Australia. "
