" This is without a doubt, my favorite hotel in Senggigi! The design is so ethnic and just adventurous, especially the lobby and its swimming pool. The facilities are top notch: the restaurant, the private beach, the gym, the jacuzzi, etc. My favorite part is the weekly Yoga Beach class in the morning. A must stay hotel! "

" The place is beautifully set with its own beach front which I totally enjoyed lounging at to read my book facing the sea. But some of its facilities is past its prime. This is very much evident from the bathroom. The rest of the room is still very well maintain.
06 January 2018Food is reasonably priced at the hotel, but variety is slightly limited. Breakfast buffet after a couple of days appears to be very much the same.
Massage is of good quality, but as like all resorts can be a little pricier.

20 November 2017A heaven on earth. Perfect place to calm down and relax. Sunsets are fantastic, right out of a picture book!
The best is the live piano during breakfast by a naturally gifted staff of the hotel!
The hotel is quiet and located on a private beach. No souvenir seller is allowed in.
The area around the hotel is save, also at night. Plenty of restaurants around the property although the taste of the food in the hotel is unsurpassed and worth the money. "

24 October 2017The Sheraton Senggigi is a beautiful, beachfront property located on Lombok. The property itself is well kept with plenty of open areas to relax in. The pool features shallow and deep areas, a swim up bar and a slide. There is a separate kids only pool as well. The activities desk will let you borrow books, toys, floats as well as beach towels. The property also has a kids club activity area, places to play chess, fitness center, spa and more. There are daily activities provided from yoga to cooking classes.
The included breakfast was amazing! It featured a wide variety of food choices from Western to Asian flavors along with a kids food area. It included fresh juices, coffee and cappuccinos. The lunch and dinner menu has a wide variety of options at fair prices but I would suggest eating outside the resort for even better choices and prices.
The room was clean and featured hardwood floors and a comfortable bed plus a mini fridge. The small balconies were a nice touch and had a rack for wet clothes to dry on. Although the room features a TV, all channels were too snowy to be of any good.
The location is great. It is right on the beach with great access to the water. It is an easy walk or short cab ride to local shopping and numerous food choices.
TL;DR
A great property, a great staff, a great value and a great location. I would 100% stay here again! "

" I arrived this hotel at 1pm, and I asked call me when room is ready to accomodate. But after 2pm, there is no call, so I asked front office person and they said to me that your room is cleaning now. After more than 2 hours later, approximately, 4:20pm I could go inside my room. YOU BETTER FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AROUND.. CHEAPER AND BETTER SERVICE WITH BETTER ROOM CONDITION "

The beach is clean compared to other in the area, there were hotel staffs who cleaned the beach. We participated in the turtle release, love the preservation program held by the hotel 👍
We will be enjoying our stay for the next 3 days. "

" Yes, the hotel is somewhat oldish (especially the furniture), but you know that if you read reviews and you know what to expect. It's not as expensive as other 5 star hotels, so that equalizes it. The staff is just lovely, so friendly and helpful (we changed our room twice [first one smelled damp], it wasn't a problem at all). The breakfast buffet is awesome and huge with live piano music. You can enjoy a nice, almost private beach. We would definitely come back! "

" Really nice resort and beautiful beach area. But can be a lot cleaner. People throw plastics in the beach and it's a shame. There's staff cleaning the beach usually which is good to see. Everyone is nice and smiley. Had a great time. Room was clean and tidy. Quality of the building can be improved however. Breakfast was nice and the restaurants had great food. Don't understand why the restaurants cost a lot more than the in room dining for the exact same dish, but everything tasted good. They were also super kind and offered to clean my shoes even though they don't usually offer such a service so I was very grateful for it. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to visit Lombok "

" I haven't stayed at the resort but want to recommend their efforts to save water turtles. The species is endangered and has been protected by law a few years ago. They collect the turtle's eggs and have a small hatchery where they look after the hatched baby turtles. For a donation of 50k IDR you can release a turtle into the ocean. It's a great program but you should call the hotel before you want to take part. "

" Lovely pool area and location. The staff were very friendly and polite especial Mia who made lovely omelettes! We had a lovely honeymoon welcome and a handwritten note to congratulate us which was a nice touch!
15 June 2017The room was dated and smelt damp, it was extremely dusty on handles, lamps, the fan and air con, the bathroom was big and bright but the shower was awful, limescale all over and felt really dirty but we didn't see the point in complaining as we were only there for two nights and had read all this in the previous reviews!
However the beach bar was lovely and it did great cocktails!
This hotel has huge potential if it was refurbished throughout.
All in all we had a nice stay in Lombok! "

" Hotel was fine, rooms a bit tired but grounds and pool were excellent. The beach is not nice, there is quite a bit of garbage in the water. Reason for the lower score were a couple of incidents were staff was either lacking in communication among them or lying to us. Not a big deal and we were probably just unlucky. "

" Sheraton Staff looked after us so well, they went extra mile for any request we had. They helped me to organize surprise for my husband's birthday; we had amazing wedding anniversary setting prepared for us by Sheraton team: not only they decorated the room but also prepared a very special table for our dinner which made whole experience unforgettable. Also, there are different activities prepared for guests by the hotel: theme dinners, live music. Breakfast is the best: all sorts of eggs, cereal, traditional and international cuisine, pancakes etc. And there is something new/different for breakfast everyday. And they have amazing coffee :-)

We booked a driver with the hotel to see more of the island. It was better then going with local tour companies.
