" Me and my girlfriend have stayed here for about 10 days and have loved our stay we only booked 1 night because of some of the reviews on Agoda didn’t make it sound too good but this place is amazing the pool was clean and room was too. Comfy bed nice bathroom aircon worked well and the breakfast is awesome. But above all the staff here are fantastic they are all so nice friendly and helpful and most of them speak English very well. Everything about our stay was amazing great staff great place good location scooter hire across the road. Yes the place is a little bit older but it’s well maintained and for value for money it is great! "

" Not recommended. The toilet not very clean and water pressure is very low. The hotel building and surrounding not very well maintain. Staff don't understand, we ask for pineapple juice but only to get pineapple fruit instead. "

" Oldish hotel, in need of some maintenance here and there, otherwise the price is not so expensive and the staff is trying and friendly. "

" Not the best but comfortable to be when you want a break of hostels. I would recommend to go eat at the warungs around or even drive to the main street for food, the restaurant in the hotel is overprice for the quality. "

" I have stayed here for four months a year for the last 3 years. My reviews are based on the following:
Locatio: Close to restaurants shops beach and access to surf areas.
Premises : the hotel has the perfect size that will grant privacy and also the dynamics of being able to meet other fellow travelers if you choose to. Although not immaculate, the plce is kept clean or 'very clean' by local standards.
Secure : it has a professional staff that is always keeping an eye on people and tactfully scrutinise visitors or non dwellers. I don't advice it, but countless times I have left my key hanging in the door. Computers, phones and surfboards left inside. They also have a safe box in the office for important docs and cash. The hotel has open green gardens and trees. Large terrace and beautiful swimming pool.
The hotel rooms are far enough from the road to shelter us from dust from trucks and teenagers with open motorcycle exausts. Also no 4am mosks prayer calling.
The rooms are ample, fairly well serviced and with nice forth-patios.
I stay in the most economic rates since I am single, not fussy and don't care for hot water or AC; Which are available. I have been coming to Lombok for 15 years. This is the place is where I choose to stay.
My rating is based on Indonesian standards and pricing. "

" We deal a room at 200k per night, there had a gecko in our bathroom enough big to scare/impress. The room"121" smell humidity. The restaurent is at the price of an medium hotel, so that mean a little bit more expensive than the average normal lifeprice.

The pool is nice big and hot! The staff is helpfull.

If you go there get a premium room to reach the 4* "

" After 7 months traveling across Southeast Asia staying in some very basic hostels, hotels and other forms of accommodation in some of the most impoverished parts of asia this has been the only time I've felt unsafe.

A Staff member had used a spare key to access our room on our first nights stay (which was locked and secure) whilst a friend and me were out for dinner and drinks. They had gone through our belongings and had stolen money from our separate document wallets well hidden in our backpacks.

When I had first approached reception explaining what had happened the following day clearly stating "money has been stolen from our room" which he fully understood but instead responded with "you want to check out today" I repeated myself several times only to receive the same response over & over! Realising other customers were behind me it was clear he pretended to not understand so that the other guests in earshot would magically ignore what I was saying out loud.

When I finally spoke to "management" later they had initially given me confidence with the "actions" they had promised like a thorough investigation with police, checking CCTV and upping security measures however it now seems it was all for show as they have ignored all my emails requesting information and regular updates which was one of their "guarantees"

I have been through other reviews of previous customers who have had similar experiences here.

It is not the money that is important it is the fact that as customers you are meant to feel safe at a hotel/resort with confidence in the staff & management to ensure your stay is as comfortable, safe and enjoyable as possible. In our case it was quite the opposite. "

" The hotel is a good place for 1-2 nights and quite calm if your are up for some sleep.
It's situated a bit west of the main strip, probably a 10-15 minutes walk.
The pool isn't nice at all and the whole place has seen better times before.
The breakfast isn't tasty neither and the WiFi only work well on the first day (reception: it is a problem in whole Kuta, from the telephone company), ..well, elsewhere it worked before and after "

" I just came from there and after four years it was my second stay there. I have to conclude that during that time there was not too much to be changed, while everything around has changed almost beyond recognition. I mean especially infrastructure - no electricity outages and roads .. almost better than here in Slovakia!
The quality of accommodation can be considered according to local conditions as usual standard, which corresponds as well as price per night - 30 € for double bed cottage with AC. Breakfast included (only cakes or eggs at the various ways of preparing).
The most positive values for me has the garden with pool. "
