" I have been experiencing to be at this place for barely 3 years! At the first time when i wanted to move my case all the way from Jakarta to Lombok, i was so wondering would there be any great with international standard in Lombok. Then i did a research, so many research that i did lead me to this dental care. And yes i proved it bymyself as it never dissapoints me. The best thing is .... it's located within the shopping centre so you would never get bored whilst you are waiting. Also i can guarantee you all of the dentists there are professional enough to assist you with whatever cases you may face. My favorite is definitely Dr Farida Sp. Ort (Braces specialist) She's incredibly smart and She always shares her knowledge to her patient. She's also a loving and caring person. Always suggest us to clean our mouth & teeth every 6 month/once.

" PLEASE! AVOID DOCTOR LISA MEDIASTUTI! Dr Lisa is no professional and she have no knowledge!! I have an infection, and she kept telling me no infection! After another horrible night because of the pain. I went to see another dentist.. The infection was obvious. Please avoid avoid Dr Lisa if you go to this clinic.. Its sad because the medical staff were very friendly. "

" I had an emergency with excruciating pain in my mandible. first there was no doctor at their opening time, so I had to wait for over na hour. Then they said I need an appointment- another 2 hrs wait time, only to be told (without seeing a doctor) that nothing can be done. I got a prescription for antibiotics and mild OTC painkillers that I was already taking. All in all, time wasted because I could have figured out that on my own.
24 January 2018They even refused to give me a xylocaine to at least manage the pain while I was waiting.
Very dissapointed, especially because upon second opinion I was at least given codeine to manage pain while the antibiotics started to work.
And the pain was so intense I literally couldn’t focus on everyday tasks.
They very friendly, but useless. And they didn’t seem to care for the fact that I was suffering such pain at all. "
