" The place looks nice from the outside and is relatively clean. The staff weren't too friendly and my girlfriend couldn't get eyelash extensions because the owner wasn't there. I had a traditional massage which was ok. She didn't apply too much pressure despite me asking for more and also didn't seem to happy about having to give a massage.
There aren't individual rooms but just curtains that separate tables and you can hear what is happening on the street a bit. "

" I went to this shop for a 90min full body massage last week by myself. There was another couple arriving right after me. I guess they didn't have enough masseuse so I was assigned by a male massage therapist, which I agreed with full respect of his professionalism.
The massage was really enjoyable until the last 30min, when the couple left the massage room and there were just me and the masseur. He started to massage my very inner thighs. I was completely relaxed and I trusted him so I did not react to it at all. I was asked to turn my body facing up. He then massaged my middle pelvis and lower abdomen. I began to feel uncomfortable when he massaged so close to my private part and keep his hands around my inner thighs. When his fingers went down around my panty, he asked if it's okay to massage around that area. I hesitated a bit but I still said it's okay. And then he moved his fingers into my panty and started touching my vulva!!! I felt extremely uncomfortable and asked him to stop right away. "Are you sure you want to stop? This is very good for your body" he replied and still not removing his hands out of my underwear. I insisted and he did stop to move to massage other body part but the rest 15min massage was not enjoyable at all.
The owner seems to be a white lady and I was going to speak directly to her after the massage but she was not there. The other always-there two Balinese staffs can not speak English not even understand how to give me contact information of the owner.
I am a very open-minded person and would not be considered as a conservative person. I 100% believe this is NOT a normal massage and I would not recommend anyone to go to this massage shop until that masseur is fired. There should be zero tolerance to sexual assault and I'd take legal action for such horrible experience.
