" Dari lantai 2, viewnya langsung ke Islamic Center dan mengingatkan saya dengan view Blue Mosque di Sultanahmet, Istanbul. Islamic Center bisa dikunjungi dengan jalan kaki saja. Saya merasa sangat tenang dan senang menginap di hotel ini. Tidur saya pun sangat nyenyak. Ada kolam renangnya walaupun untuk umum, tapi tamu hotel mendapatkan akses gratis ke kolam renang. Ada kantin kecil di areal kolam renang dan harganya juga murah banget. Lebih murah daripada pesan di restaurant hotel. Mobil & motor bisa diparkir di basement sehingga tidak kepanasan / kehujanan. Depan lobby, ada beberapa ATM dan juga laundry (Dé Laundry) yang murah dan menerima laundry kilat 10rb/kg untuk sekitar 10-12 jam. Yang beragama muslim, fasilitas beribadah disediakan lengkap (Al-Qur’an, sajadah, mukena, sarung, jadwal sholat, arah kiblat). Terima kasih Grand Madani, next time saya dan suami saya berencana akan menginap di hotel ini lagi ketika mengunjungi Mataram dan Lombok Barat lagi :) "

" OK for my need to have a room to live in as it's located within reach to my relatives. Cleanliness is maintained well, however there are improvements in need. I was charged a bit higher than promoted rate, at occupancy of 19%, despite having introduced myself well in advance as former hotelier. Friendly, courteous personnels & architecturally likable can be assets. "

" The worst hotel I've tested in Mataram. Slow and catastrophic service, no hot water for an hotel considered on their website like " 3 stars *** ", the English is not speaking well, no menu everything is "a la carte" but even waiter and waitress don't know what they can serve you. We really thought it was a good and relaxing place but we were wrong. You pay too much for nothing! Service is better in little restaurant or hotel really really cheaper. I talked with the manager, he said only "sorry to hear that". They don't know what working in an hotel with customer means. Run away "
