" The place is fine, they normally have 4 seated tables but if you need more than 4 seated table you can ask the server to add more table and seats they will gladly help you to arranged your seat. The table near the glass window is the best place in my opinion because not only you can hang out with your partner but you can also looking outside of the restaurant. The pizza quality is the same as any other pizza hut franchise, but I find a little difference in the mozzarella cheese of the stuffed crust. The vanilla milkshake is also too sweet compared to vanilla milkshake in the summarecon mall serpong franchise. Other than that it is quite fine. The place sometimes is crowded, if you want to take away service you will have to waited outside, they have a bench for take away service, good method so the place will not be too packed up of people in rush hour. Pizza hut in ITC is also a good choice when other food place is too crowded in the month of ramadhan because they usually still have some place unreserved. The waiting time until your order is served is pretty normal as the other pizza place in general, not too long. "

" In Antapani area, Pizza Hut is like a gem. In terms of appearance and facilities, everything you want in an international chain store restaurant, they have it. So it's a good place to have an atmosphere of an upper class mall restaurant without having to go to a mall.

The food is just as normal as any Pizza Hut store, pizza, pasta and salad. One thing I miss about Pizza Hut in the past 5 years is their taste authenticity of American pizza. The taste is getting more and more "Indonesian", maybe it's a good news for many but not for me.

I miss the chilli flakes, parmesan cheese and Tabasco sauce on the table, not just the standard Indonesian Chili and ketchup which are overly sweet for my taste. Speaking of sweetness, I'm so disappointed by their drinks choices, everything is way too sweet. Well, I can order mineral water but it's so over priced.

Above all, I can still appreciate it's existence in Antapani. The smart interior design, the ambience and of course the air conditioner; besides the Stuffed Crust pizza, make me want to come back once in awhile 😊 "

Waited a long time time for my daughters drink to be served and after it was served, they forgotten my wife and my drink. Weird!!!! Food took a long time to be served too. " You always keep in mind that pizza hut keep a certain standard on their service. But this was just the worst. Staff was really not knowing what they were doing, they forgot things we ordered, dropped one slice of pizza upsidedown on the table and just said sorry and left it there, not offering something extra. We got our Pepsi which was like 1 ml and the rest ice. We ordered two more without ice, he put them down and then also put to straws next to us on a napkin, and they har clearly been used/or used and washed or something. The food usually is okey at pizza hut but we could not even finish half our pizza because it was so disgusting, and was also really burned. In the end when we wanted to pay we got the invoice and said we wanted to pay by card, the waitress just looked at us and walked away, we waited a few minutes then walked over to the waitress and then we apparently had to pay over a counter. Jeeeezus pizza hut really needs to step up their game cause this is how it is on every restaurant we visited...... Please save your money and go somewhere else. "

" while we were queuing at the steamboat restaurant beside pizza hut, we decided to order pizza for takeaway. we got the 2 for $ 22 regular pizza and a side / 2 for $33 large pizza and a side. the choices were limited to 6 flavours if we didn't want to top up for the classic flavours. so we ordered 3 very beefy, bbq chicken chic, ocean delight and ham and shroom with cheesy fries, chicken wings and mozzarella sticks. we informed them that we will pick it up at 930 so they had almost 2 hours to prepare.
after our dinner, we went to pick up the pizzas. one set was missing the chicken wings and when we asked where it was the cashier said it was inside when it wasn't. also, when we checked our receipts, instead of keying in very beefy, we got veggie lover instead. so when we asked why is that so, the cashier informed us that it was only in the system. but the pizza was very beefy. so we decided to check the pizzas and 3 of them were all veggie lover instead of very beefy. we were also over charged $6 because of the wrong pizza flavour. this cashier was such a liar! beware of liyanna and always check your receipts and orders for takeaway.
the manager was not very happy about it. it wasn't out fault but she fixed the whole order rumble and gave us our very beefy order. we were also refunded $6. kudos to the manager for handling the situation well. "

I just visited your restaurant for lunch at approximately 11.30am today. For starters, your staff at the door took a dirty look at me, and looked away. When I enquired if it was open, the slightly more plump chinese crew (‘Juliana’ is her name on the tag I think) merely said “yes open.” And continued walking in by herself.

After we sat down, I enquired about the 1-for-1 NTUC Card speciality pizza promotion. This same staff told me that it was for Speciality pizzas only. When I enquired “for all?” She said “yes for all speciality”, and walked away.

When she took our order, we ordered 2 Personal Pan pizzas from the Speciality section, and topped up with soup and drink. She took our orders and went on her way.

As we were paying for the bill, another staff (an Indian lady) processed our bill. Despite numerous times trying to figure out the POS machine, it didn’t seem to work. She went in to call her “manager” - and came out with Juliana, who also failed to rectify the problem but used another machine to print out the bill. She passed me the bill and asked me to verify the items charged. I pointed out that there should be a 1-for-1 pizza offer included, which isn’t reflected. At this point in time; this Indian lady said “oh, that offer only for Regular and Large Speciality Pizza... Personal Pan cannot use”. I replied, shocked, “Sorry? Your staff didn’t tell me when I enquired about the promotion earlier. When I ordered and showed her my card she didn’t mention anything either...?”

She merely apologied. I took out my cash and wanted to pay, but she couldn’t use the POS machine again.

Now, they finally called the true Trainee Manager ‘Riah’ - who promptly solved the issue.

This is utterly disgusting service coming from Pizza Hut - a known brand for many years serving quality food.

The amount paid was nothing compared to the disgust I now have for your quality of staff hired at your outlets.

" Worst pizza hut experience ever. Service is pathetic - they are slow, forgetful and placid faces. Pizza sizes are very small, not enough toppings and base is too oily and sticky. Even the drinks are bad - we tried mango tango and honey lemon juice or something. Even the location is not easy to find. Still for just couple of drinks, one personal pizza and a large pizza (standard), you pay $53+. Better to opt for dominoes instead.

Don't get me wrong pizza hut at other places like vivocity is really nice. Just this outlet is not worth it. "

" My mom and I visited Pizzahut @ Westgate located on the 4th floor opposite the kid's playground. We shared the chicken supreme pizza and we ordered the soup of the day (chicken) for lunch on Sun (2 July 17). We used a voucher to use which made the pizza free.

Service was decent, considering that it was a very busy Sunday. Manager was friendly, even though we can see that the restaurant was understaffed. We give it a 5 star, given that it was a free meal for us. "

" I came in with a friend for lunch, I was going to order a medium pizza and a couple of drinks but the waitress suggested the “Treat for 2” which includes a medium pizza, 2 appetizers, and 2 soft drinks. It seemed like a pretty good deal so I went with that. I ordered an Hawaiian Pizza, Garlic Bread and Chicken Wings for the appetizers, and a Pepsi and a Root Beer.

There are two dining areas here, one up front (the mall entrance side) that will hold about 32 people, and another one at the rear that holds about the same amount. There is also some outside seating out back.

While waiting for our order one of the employees started spraying some kind of substance around the floorboards of the dining area, whatever it may have been it wasn't exactly appetizing, this is probably something they should do before opening or after closing.

The food arrived in about 20 minutes and it looked good. The pizza was just okay, the wings were good, and the bread was my favorite of the three items I tried here.

I noticed on the menu that one of the ingredients on the Hawaiian Pizza was Chicken Ham, now I don't know what chicken ham is but whatever it is it doesn't taste like either ham or chicken, maybe this is what kept the pizza from being any better than just okay.

The restaurant looked clean and the service was fast and friendly. "

Dont trust that you ve pin - there is a point that allows to make shopping without pin. So not that safe.

This is my first time visit Pizza Hut outside Taiwan, and first time in Aceh to enjoy the Salad Bar which has been told for many times by my friend Amanda.
What is different is that the Salad Bar in Pizza Hut in Taiwan is all-you-can -eat, and here in Ache, it's counted by bowl.
I didn't know that at first until I was corrected by the waitress.
Anyway, this was the first time I had so many fruits and vegetables here in Aceh.
And I enjoyed it a lot.
Finally, the price is not very favorable...same as in Taiwan.
This place is a very expensive place, especially when you compare with other local cafe shop and the meal price you could have.
For the expense in one-time Pizza Hut, I think we could have 2-day 6 meals in other places, with quite good and satisfactory food.
Maybe one time a month is enough for Pizza Hut. "

" Very bad experience. I ordered an Ocean Delight pizza and I received it. I initially thought it was wrong as there was no squid or tuna on it. I called the Pizza Hut hotline and described the pizza to the Customer Service Officer. The CSO said that she will get someone to call me back. 5 Minutes later, the "Manager" called back and I described the pizza to him. He then said that he would send another one over as it was wrong. When the new pizza arrived, it was exactly the same as the old one. So the delivery man called the manager and he was very rude. He claims that he is the real manager and he demanded to know who called back in the first place. Tried to tell him nicely that we didn't know and we explained to him on the phone that we could not see any visible signs of seafood on the pizza. HE THEN SAID THAT SINCE WE WANT TO SEE THE SQUID RINGS, HE CAN MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR US AND SEND US A PIZZA FULL OF SQUID RINGS. Bad service. Would not recommend ordering from this branch. Contacted pizza hut support but they did not return my email. Disappointing service overall. "

" the courier were late as pizza hut promises 30 mins the pizza will arrive after you order on their website (it its raining outside and traffic jam, so i dont blame them) the good thing is the courier gave me coupon free 1 pizza, even tho i said no to him but he still force me to take it, what a nice guy and well trained. good pizza as usual. The place itself is pretty relaxing with warm lights all around the restaurant. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy pizzas and other foods as well! "

Except the staff. They're friendly but they're not quick. I do notice that they can't speak English as well when I saw a Singapore tourist almost arguing with a waiter there. So there's that.

Otherwise, it's really great. Relaxing place but price can be slightly above average. For a family dinner, I'm pretty sure everyone's going to love this. Just make sure you learn a bit of Indonesian language - you might want to get your orders right. "

Across the street from Gem Hotel, so if you're staying there you'll have an easy time reaching it.

Complaints:
Pizzas are decent but I've had better on other Pizza Huts restaurants.
The air conditioning in the place is blasting cold, I sweat it's like 10 degrees in here so it maybe be uncomfortable for those who can't stand being in highly cold places.

Notes:

Once the whole complex opens for BC parking may be an issue as parking space in the complex is mostly in front of the buildings and there isn't a big parking lot. "
